OPTIONAL EXTRA: DALRYMPLE MASTERCLASS
For those with the nose for it, Dalrymple winemaker Peter Caldwell will be hosting an intimate masterclass beforehand, from 12pm - 1pm.
Peter will be taking you through Dalrymple’s two chardonnays, plus four of his favourite pinot noirs, from the famous Tasmanian winery.
An extra $40pp means you can swill your way through the tasting like you "do this *all* the time!" ;)
